Kai Williams had 25 points and 10 rebounds and Ben Beran added 12 points to lead South Dakota State to a 56-52 men’s basketball win over Denver on Tuesday.
Williams was 8-for-14 from the field for the Jackrabbits (5-6), who have won two straight games after dropping four in a row. Williams made five of seven 3-pointers.
SDSU had four 3-pointers and shot 52 percent from the field to grab a 30-26 lead at the break.
