Strong second half gets No. 3 Duke past Miami

DeMarcus Nelson scored 19 of his 21 points in the second half to lead No. 3 Duke past Miami, 88-73, on Saturday.
Greg Paulus scored 16 points for the Blue Devils (19-1, 7-0 Atlantic Coast Conference), who won their ninth straight by scoring on nine of their first 10 possessions of the second half to successfully sidestep a possible trap with Wednesday night’s visit to archrival North Carolina looming.
